This ease involves the denial of a post-judgment motion after a jury trial upon an action for breach of contract. At issue in this case is whether the trial court erred when it denied a post-judgment motion which is predicated upon an admitted error made by the jury in filling out a verdict form. The judgment results in damages being awarded by the trial court in a manner that is inconsistent with the jury’s intention. Reamer Building and Development Corporation and its president, John G.
