POSNER, Circuit Judge.
Kenneth Bitsky, the defendant in the case that gives rise to the government’s petition for mandamus, was indicted on one count of violating 18 U.S.C. § 242 (deprivation of civil rights under color of law) and two counts of violating 18 U.S.C. § 1512(b)(3) (obstruction of justice).
