MDL No. 10-0342 IN RE TOYOTA UNINTENDED ACCELERATION LITIGATION ON REVIEW BY THE MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION PANEL JUSTICE BROWN delivered the opinion of the MDL Panel. In 2010, we appointed Judge Robert Schaffer of the 152nd District Court in Harris County as the pretrial judge for the Toyota Unintended Acceleration Litigation, MDL No. 10-0342.
