OPINION

COOPER, Judge.

Mrs. M. A. (Macey) Provence brought suit in the Circuit Court of Knox County to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she was struck by an automobile driven by the defendant Martha *887Williams. On trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant. The verdict was approved by the trial judge and judgment was entered dismissing plaintiff’s suit. This appeal resulted.
