OPINION
ROBERT D. MARTIN, Bankruptcy Judge.
On August 30, 1984, the Johnsons filed for bankruptcy under chapter 11, and have continued to operate their dairy farm as debtors in possession. Their principal source of income is the sale of milk to the Meister Cheese Company. Substantial amounts are deducted from the Johnsons’ monthly milk checks to be paid to Highland State Bank (“Highland”) and the Farmers Home Administration (“FmHA”).
