STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On January 30, 1984, Larry S. Hollie and Sherry R. Hollie, Debtors, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Before the Court is the “Motion for Modification of the Stay and Abandonment” filed by the United States of America, United States Department of Agriculture, Farmers Home Administration (hereinafter FmHA), on June 6, 1984.
