MEMORANDUM OPINION WITH REGARD TO USE OF CASH COLLATERAL

ARTHUR J. SPECTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

Question: Is the cup half full or half empty? Answer: yes.

The debtor in possession in this dairy farm Chapter 11 case strenuously argues that milk is not the product of a cow.
