OPINION
MERRITT, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is another in a long line of cases arising from the home mortgage crisis, which has hit Michigan particularly hard. In addition to state law mortgage foreclosure issues, plaintiffs allege violation of their due process rights under the Fifth Amendment. We conclude that the district court was correct in dismissing both the state law and federal claims, and we • affirm the judgment of the district court.
