ROGERS, Circuit Judge.
In this case arising out of the mortgage litigation in Michigan, Roderick and Mattie Ray seek to have the foreclosure of their home by U.S. Bank set aside due to alleged violations of both Michigan and federal law relating to the foreclosure proceeding and the loan modification process. The Rays have not adequately alleged prejudice from the Michigan statutory violations, and cannot state a claim for failure of U.S. Bank to comply with certain federal regulations that were not in force at the time of foreclosure.
