ORDER DENYING DEBTORS’ APPLICATION TO DISMISS

JAMES F. SCHNEIDER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came on for hearing before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland sitting at Baltimore on June 10,1982 upon the debtors’ Application [Paper No. 6] seeking dismissal of this case under 11 U.S.C. § 707 (Supp. IY 1980). The Application sets forth three reasons for the dismissal of the instant Chapter 7 bankruptcy case:

1. The debtors have decided since filing their petition on June 30, 1981 that it would be in their best interests not to be discharged in bankruptcy.
