Debtors Richard and Marcia Turpén (“Debtors”) appeal the order of the bankruptcy court 2 denying their motion to dismiss their pending Chapter 7 bankruptcy ease. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
I. Background
The Debtors initially filed a joint Chapter 13 petition on August 8, 1997. They filed what purported to be a 100% plan on August 26, 1997, but confirmation of the plan was denied.
