Original proceeding brought to review an order of the Workers’ Compensation Court wherein the review panel affirmed the trial court’s order awarding permanent partial disability for injury to the respiratory system and assessed eighteen percent (18%) interest on appeal. Injury resulted from occupational exposure by continued inhalation of and exposure to smoke and fumes during years of employment as a firefighter.
