This is an appeal of right 1 by an individual intervenor from an order of the State Corporation Commission which authorized the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of Virginia to increase its rates for service rendered to Virginia telephone subscribers on and after January 22,1974.

On June 15, 1972, C & P filed its application with the Commission for an increase in rates charged for its intrastate Virginia service.
