BARDGETT, Judge.
This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of St. Louis County involving a petition for review of the disciplinary action taken by appellants, members of the Board of Police Commissioners of St. Louis County (board), reducing respondent’s rank in the St. Louis County Police Department and forfeiting 175 hours of respondent’s accumulated compensatory time. The circuit court entered its judgment upholding the reduction in rank.
