This matter is before the Court on the motion filed by Disability Rights Ohio ("DRO"), in which it "requests that this Court issue a preliminary injunction, requiring Buckeye Ranch to permit [DRO] to have reasonable unaccompanied access to youth at the facility," and to be provided certain records in the possession of Buckeye Ranch (Case No. 18-cv-894, ECF No. 7 ),1 and Buckeye Ranch's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") in which it requests that the Court "prohibit [DRO] from unauthorized access to certain of its records…
