On May 2, 1934, plaintiff commenced this action in assumpsit to recover the sum of $2,000, which she claimed was due her as beneficiary of her deceased husband, Robert Hall, under a group insurance policy (No. 3200-G), between the defendant and the General Motors Corporation, its divisions and subsidiaries.
