This case concerns a contractual dispute between the plaintiff homeowners, John D. Paulus and Carol A. Paulus, and the defendant builders, Andrew LaSala, Jr., and Cannondale Development Associates.1 The plaintiffs sought damages for the defendants’ alleged failure to construct their home in a timely and proper manner.
