MEMORANDUM OPINION

This cause is before the Court on the motion of Defendant U.S. Bank fka Firstar Bank, N.A. fka Star Bank (“Movant”) for summary judgment. Trustee Andrew W. Suhar (“Plaintiff’) filed a brief in opposition to the motion. Subsequently, Plaintiff filed a supplemental brief in opposition. Debtors/Defendants Joseph A. and Patrice C.
