MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION TO AMEND JUDGMENT ENTRY AND FOR RECONSIDERATION

This matter is before the Court on the Motion to Amend Judgment Entry and for Reconsideration (“Motion to Amend”) (Doc. 23) filed by Defendant Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
