OPINION

STRANCH, Circuit Judge.

Rodney Tullock appeals his conviction on drug charges and his sentence of 61 months in prison following a jury trial held in May 2012. He challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence relating to a traffic stop and the quantity of oxycodone pills attributed to him at sentencing. We REVERSE Tul-lock’s convictions because the motion to suppress evidence should have been granted. Accordingly, we REMAND for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
