OPINION

GRIFFIN, Circuit Judge.

Defendants Tyshawn Hill and Rondrell Sanford appeal an order of the district court denying their motion to suppress evidence discovered after a traffic stop for following another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent. TeNN.Code Alnn. § 55-8-124. Specifically, defendants claim that the initial stop was not sup*393ported by probable cause or reasonable suspicion and the ensuing detention, search, and arrest were consequently tainted and unconstitutional.

For the reasons that follow, we affirm'.
