Demario Bello appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Bello pleaded guilty to felony charges of second degree assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting a lawful stop, and possession of a controlled substance, and misdemean- or driving while revoked pursuant to a plea agreement with the prosecutor.
