The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter called defendants, were convicted in the county court of Seminole county on a charge of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor. The defendant J. H. Terrell was sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and be confined in the county jail for 90 days. Mrs. J. H. Terrell was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 and be confined in the county jail for a period of 30 days. Motion for new trial was filed, overruled, and exceptions saved, and the case is now on appeal in this court.
