Pursuant to the provisions of Rem. Rev. Stat., § 10861 [P. C. § 4-103], a complaint was filed with the director of licenses of the state of Washington, charging Dr. John C. Campbell with certain violations of the law relating to the practice of dentistry and seeking to revoke his certificate and license to practice that profession in this state. A hearing on the charges was scheduled to be held before a statutory trial committee.
