Error to Circuit Court, Logan County. ¡Petition by Anna B. Stollings for appointment as adminis-tratrix of tbe estate of Joel Stollings, deceased, in lieu of the appointment of L. D. Stollings previously made by the clerk of the county court. From a judgment of the circuit court, affirming an order of the county court, dismissing the petition, petitioner brings error.
