¶ 1 This is an appeal from the Order docketed July 8, 2001, in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas denying Appellant Dianne Bilinski’s petition to assess counsel fees as costs. For the reasons that follow, we are constrained to quash this appeal.
¶2 Sometime prior to 1989, Appellee Richard R. Block, an attorney, represented Bilinski on a domestic relations matter.
