— A peremptory writ of prohibition was issued out of this court upon application of petitioners to the respondent J. E. Crosby, as judge of the superior court of Navajo county, requiring him to refrain, until the further order of this court, from taking any further action in the determination of that certain cause in the said superior court entitled Bank of Winslow, plaintiff, v.
