This is an original proceeding in this court to obtain a writ of prohibition to prevent the respondent from further entertaining jurisdiction of a certain injunction suit now pending in the circuit court of the city of St. Louis, over which he presides, wherein the State of Missouri at the relation of Seebert Gr.
