Brannon, Judge:
Thompson & Jackson brought an action of assumpsit against S. C. Douglass & Co. in the Circuit Court of Barbour county, and recovered judgment; and the defendants brought the case to this Court.
The first point of error made against the judgment is that the court excluded five persons from the jury because they were indebted to one of the defendant firm. Challenges of jurors, called challenges to the polls, are of two kinds —peremptory and for cause.
