This is an action for divorce, and the plaintiff has procured an order for the examination of the *453defendant before trial concerning his property, estate and income and the amounts and sources of his income and the value of all property held and owned by him. The defendant has answered the complaint denying all the allegations thereof, including the allegation of the marriage between the parties, and he now moves to vacate the order for his examination before trial.
