Plaintiff Michael J. Taormina (“Taormina”), administrator of the estate of Marie D. Taormina, deceased, filed suit against defendants Suburban Woods Nursing Homes, LLC d/b/a Suburban Woods Health & Rehab (“SWNH”), Northern Health Facilities, Inc. d/b/a Suburban Woods Health & Rehab (“Northern Health”), Extendicare Health Services, Inc. d/b/a Suburban Woods Health & Rehab (“Extendicare”), General Health Care Resources, Inc.
