OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Roger V. Thiel was charged by indictment with one count of robbery in the first degree and two counts of attempted murder. Thiel was convicted, following a jury trial, of the robbery charge and of two counts of assault in the third degree, a lesser-included offense of attempted murder. On appeal, Thiel asserts that the superior court erred in denying Thiel’s pretrial suppression motions.
