Plaintiff is a stock shipper, and brings this action to recover for damages to hogs during shipment to South Omaha over defendant’s railroad. Various shipments of hogs are involved. The shipments occurred during a period of two years, 1916 and 1917, and the claims are represented by 71 *153separate causes of action. The jury returned a general verdict on all causes of action for $802.27, and defendant railroad company appeals.
