The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages in the sum of $78.77, which he alleged he sustained because of unreasonable delay occasioned by the defendant in the shipment of one car-load of cattle from Tyson, Nebraska, to South Omaha, Nebraska, on January 4, 1912, and to recover an attorney’s fee in the sum of $50 in addition to such damages.
