MEMORANDUM OPINION The facts of this case spring from a bathroom that sprung leaks. Two years after Plaintiff Jesus Lemus (“Lemus”) hired Grover Montano and his business, Grover Montano Corporation (together, “Montano”), to renovate a bathroom in the basement of Lemus’s home, the bathroom suffered leaks and water damage.
