PIERCE, Judge.
Plaintiff, Frontier Exploration, Inc., (Frontier) appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of defendant, Blocker Exploration Company (Blocker). We affirm.
This dispute originates from several agreements concerning the exploration and development of certain oil and gas leases located in Michigan. In January 1981, Lewis Energy Corporation (Lewis) was assigned several leases by Great Lakes Nia-garan (GLN) in return for a reversionary 15% working interest.
