The State Bar of Arizona charged Dennis M. Breen, III, Respondent, with several violations of the Arizona Code of Professional Responsibility, Rule 29(a), Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, 17A Ariz.Rev. Stat.Ann. (“A.R.S.”) (1973).1
A formal complaint was filed against Respondent, and a hearing was held before State Bar Local Hearing Committee 5-D (“Committee”). The Committee concluded that Respondent violated several ethical rules by repeatedly engaging in activities which resulted in obvious existing and potential conflicts of interest.…
