{¶ 1} This is an appeal by petitioner-appellant, Anthony W. Core, from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, denying appellant’s petition to contest reclassification.

{¶ 2} On September 19, 1997, appellant entered a plea of no contest in the California Superior Court of Orange County to one count of committing a lewd or lascivious act with a minor, in violation of CahPenal Code 288(a).
