This action is based on a May 19, 1965, General Indemnity Agreement entered into between the plaintiff-appellee, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company (Fireman’s), and Bethlehem Concrete Corporation, as well as the defendants-appellants, Joseph and Helen Biafore, President and Secretary-Treasurer, respectively, of the corporate defendants-appellants, Joseph J.
