Bank One, Columbus, N.A. (“Bank One”) appeals from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court denying its request to examine the debtor, James Keith Hammond, pursuant to Bankr.R. 2004 and granting Hammond’s motion to quash the examination. The decision of the bankruptcy court is reported at 131 B.R. 78 (Bankr.S.D. Ohio 1991). The issue presented on appeal is whether the bankruptcy court abused its discretion in concluding that Bank One failed to show good cause for the examination.
