The notice of lien referred to in the complaint states: “That at the time the contract herein referred to was signed, and at the time the work herein was commenced, the estate of George F. Sharp, deceased, and the heirs of the estate of George F. Sharp, deceased, were the owners of said premises; that thereafter, and during the progress of the work herein described, John Hunt, as executor of the estate of George F.
