The Defendants, Tramaine Standberry (“Standberry”) and Joshua N. Wright (‘Wright”), were indicted by a federal grand jury for robbery affecting commerce and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. Specifically, Counts One, Three, and Four of the Superseding indictment charge the Defendants with robbery affecting commerce.
