The Grand Jury returned an indictment charging the Defendants with conspiracy to commit a Hobbs Act robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a) (Count One); Hobbs Act robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1951(a) (Count Two); and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 924(e)(1)(A)(ii) (Count Three).
