The decedent died on September 5, 1925, her will being admitted to probate on the twentieth of the following October. Aside from certain jewelry, specifically bequeathed, and premises 152 Hart street, Brooklyn, N. Y., devised to her husband, substantially the only asset of the estate consisted of a house at 181 Stuyvesant avenue, Brooklyn, N. Y., the equity in which, at the time of the death, was approximately $6,700.
