DAVISON, Justice:
This appeal presents the question of whether, under the circumstances, a tort-feasor is entitled to a credit, in reduction of medical expense damages of the injured plaintiff, for payments made to plaintiff pursuant to the medical expense provisions of an insurance policy, the premium for which was paid by the tortfeasor.
