Respondent Jackson Hospital Corporation, d/b/a Kentucky River Medical Center, Inc. (the “Hospital”), appeals from the judgment of the district court, entered on January 22, 2002, which granted to Petitioner Richard L. Ahearn (“Petitioner”), Regional Director of the Ninth Region of the National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) and on behalf of the Board, a temporary injunction, pursuant to § 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 160(j).
