Paul C. Lund, the Acting Regional Director of Region 8 of the National Labor Relations Board (Board), has filed Petition for Injunction pursuant to § 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA or Act) (29 U.S.C. § 160(j)), as amended, against Respondent, Case Farms Processing, Inc., for interim injunctive relief pending the final disposition of matters pending before the Board, based upon the Amended Consolidated Complaint and Notice of Hearing 1 attached to the Petition as Exhibit A.
