This matter is before the Court on appeal from a Decision and Order issued on November 14, 1991 by Judge Votolato of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island. Appellants, North Atlantic Fishing, Inc. (“NAF”) and its sole shareholder Herbert Lee, challenge the Bankruptcy Court’s calculation of the compensatory and punitive damages which were granted in favor of appellees. In contrast, appellees,.
