This is an appeal from an order denying defendant Bock Laundry Machine Company’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.

In the summer of 1958 the defendant school district built an addition to a high school building and as part of the equipment purchased from Lux Hardware and Implement Company, Inc., a local dealer, laundry equipment consisting of three separate units: A washer, an extractor, and a commercial drier.
