Plaintiffs-appellants Kenneth L. Walsche and Mary Audree Walsche (“the Walsch-es”) appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Alan H. Nevas, Judge), dismissing their complaint, 793 F.Supp. 395, which alleged violations of federal and state securities laws as well as breaches of various common law duties. The district court dismissed the Walsches’ federal securities claims as untimely under Ceres Partners v.
